Job Description
We are seeking for a ServiceNow Assurance Architect with extensive expertise in service management to guide our customer throughout their ServiceNow journey. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of customer needs and provide the right guidance, defining a roadmap for the customer’s ServiceNow implementation. This role requires proficiency in all areas of ServiceNow, particularly in Telecom and IT Service Management (ITSM), including but not limited to TSM, TSOM, CSM, FSM, and CMDB.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze customer needs.
- Provide expert guidance and define a roadmap for the customer’s ServiceNow implementation.
- Proficiency in all areas of ServiceNow, particularly in Telecom and ITSM.
- Well-versed in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with Telecom Inventory Management knowledge.
